of communication open and provide a minimum of hassle
for the client.

check, background check, and reference check on all
aides.

Can we interview the aide(s) in advance?
A. Absolutely, we'll set up an
interview so you can meet the aide(s) before hand to
get to know her.

What if the scheduled caregiver can not come to work
on a given day?
A. We have substitutes on standby
for this very reason.
